The term ‘Soul Rebalancing’, ‘I’, ‘Liz’, ‘we’, or ‘my’ refers to the owner of the website; Liz Shewan. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. If you have any further queries once you have read these terms please contact me via email at [email protected] Thank you.
FEES FOR ALL CONSULTATIONS/SESSIONS, WORKSHOPS AND PURCHASES
All fees are invoiced in GBP. Once we have made arrangements payment for sessions and goods can be made using PayPal, credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa, Delta/Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and American Express, and I have just introduced a BACS option details provided upon request. You’ll receive a payment confirmation note straight away.
Payment for goods and of fees for sessions via VideoSkype or telephone are to be paid in advance at the time of booking, no exceptions. No refunds are offered.
If I am travelling to you I shall require a non-refundable fee for travel expenses in advance for which you will be sent an invoice prior to the appointment, according to your location, to be paid via PayPal or BACS. As a last resort if you require to pay via cheque then please contact me for further details.
HOW TO BOOK
You can buy via my website in my Store. It is possible to book with me directly if you prefer so get in contact with me via email telling me what you would like and I will be in touch. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your appointment time. Let me know if you will be using VideoSkype or something else like WhatsApp for example, or Facebook Video.
Please check your technology is working properly before the start of your session so that you can get as much from the time as possible. If you are looking for a face to face session details to be exchanged at the time of booking.

Please know, I am really busy. I always endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours latest. On the whole wait time for appointments can be any time from 1 to 2 weeks. occasionally slots are available the next day. I do not work in the evening after 6pm or on a Sunday.
DISCOUNTS are offered to those who pay for several sessions in advance. Ad hoc ongoing ‘in-between’ support via a variation of VideoSkype, SkypeText and emails (dependant on personal requirements) is offered to existing clients only – this only applies with a mutual agreement and is subject to availability. Please ask Liz for full details if this is of interest to you. No refunds are offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SESSIONS
If you know you will not make your allotted time I require a 48 hour notice minimum. Please understand that when you do not call or show I may not be able to make that time available for another client – hence my strict policy! If you do not show up for your appointment or if you do not give me a 48 hour notice to rearrange, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited.

For legal reasons I am obliged to state that although my healing services are carried out in a caring and gifted and professional manner I am required by law to state that the service offered by Liz Shewan at Soul Rebalancing is not intended to take the place of your health care professionals and should not be considered or used as a substitute. Any information provided (whether it be through a reading, intuitive soul work, animal communication, healing, class, workshop, any other service, face to face or on the telephone, or any consultation or event listed on this website, whether purchased for yourself or received as a gift) is intended to offer insight and is subject to your own interpretation. In accepting any services from Soul Rebalancing/Liz at any time, you fully understand that it is your responsibility to decide what information is correct for you and what information is incorrect. By participating in any reading or healing with Soul Rebalancing/Liz you understand that questions regarding death or pregnancy of self or others are not addressed.
You should always consult a medical/veterinary provider for professional medical advice. In a session you may be given a great deal of information. This is NOT, nor does Soul Rebalancing/Liz imply anywhere, that this is fortune-telling – it is only another avenue of inspiration and is not to be a substitute for professional care. Your session is confidential and no information is divulged to third parties.
You must be at least 18 years or over to purchase these sessions. If you are younger your carer will need to be present at all times, unless I have written confirmation from your parent/guardian that a one to one session is appropriate.
Once again for legal reasons I am obliged to state that The Healing and Veterinary Surgery Act 1966 prohibits anyone other than a qualified veterinary surgeon from diagnosing ailments. I am not, nor is anyone else at Soul Rebalancing, a vet. My role is to describe the symptoms revealed by the animal during our communication. The Protection of Animals Act 1911 requires that if an animal clearly needs treatment from a veterinary surgeon the owner must obtain this. When you consult about any animal with Soul Rebalancing/Liz you automatically acknowledge that your animal has seen a vet about any pre-existing and existing conditions it may have prior to any animal communication/healing. Owners are requested to advise their veterinary surgeons of their intention to use healing or any other complementary therapy alongside conventional treatment. The healing of animals and contact healing, by the laying on of hands or distance healing is legal.
WHAT TO BRING TO WORKSHOPS
For each group workshop please bring a packed lunch with you (unless it is included) and something to take notes. Basic tea and coffee with milk will be provided. Each course includes the use of a few basic materials, however please see the details of each individual course to see what extra materials and equipment you will need to bring with you.

HOW TO BOOK A SPACE ON A WORKSHOP
When booking for one-off one day workshops a deposit will be required to secure your place, with the balance due 3 weeks before the course. It is advised that you pay the deposit as soon as you decide to enrol to avoid disappointment as there is increasing demand for the available slots (especially during the summer months) on the workshops and there is only so long I can hold a space for you.
To be eligible for any discounted rates offered you will be required to pay the whole amount up front immediately upon booking; whether this be for a term, one day or two-day workshop unless otherwise stated. To be eligible for any offers and discounts that may be offered please see each individual course for details of payment requirements to ensure you enjoy the offer.
Payments may be made by PayPal via this site or by BACS at the time of booking your course. If you need to pay by cheque please contact me and we can make arrangements.
The number of places on each course is limited to 5-10 places (dependant on the course and the location) to make sure each participant receives plenty of personal attention and enhance your personal learning and experience.
Please take note of what it says below about the implication of a late payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS
Deposits are non refundable. Non payment of the balance or any part of the fee by the due date will be assumed to imply cancellation and the place may be reallocated and the deposit forfeited without further notice (I will ring you to see what’s going on first though!).
When you pay for workshops on a term by term basis (ie. x4 Workshops every month for x4 months) no refunds are offered under any circumstances, just like you would expect when booking with any college.
If for any reason Liz Shewan is unable to offer tuition on any part or all of any course an appropriate tutor may be substituted at her absolute discretion. If for any reason it is necessary to cancel the course (ie. due to extreme weather conditions like flooding or snow drifts) participants will be informed as soon as possible and a course date change will be agreed with all participants. No further liability will be accepted. You are advised to consider appropriate insurance at the time of booking.
VENUES AND ACCOMMODATION
Details of full directions to the workshop venues will be emailed to you prior to the event. Should you require information on accommodation please contact me and I will provide you with some ideas upon request … I will however not be held responsible for any of the venues.
An MP3 recording can be made of your sessions if requested by prior arrangement only for your convenience, and will be sent out via your email as soon as they are available. All recordings of any sessions are copyright protected. These recordings and the copyright are the property of Liz Shewan and any use other than for what they are intended is strictly prohibited.
You are welcome to tape record your own session but only for use in the same context as above. Permission to record Liz Shewan's voice for any reason must be received and approved in writing prior to communication.
Recording of your session is NOT and cannot be guaranteed due to technical difficulties.
Please feel free to make notes during the session.
BLOG, FACEBOOK AND TWITTER COMMENT POLICY
All of my social network comments are strictly moderated to prevent spam. Also, I do not allow any blog comments that are rude, disrespectful or abusive (towards me or other commenters). If I perceive that you are using my blog or social media as a platform for your online wars with other people, you will be banned. I’m all about free speech provided it is not cruel or troll like. Some posts will have closed comments if the subject matter is sensitive. Thank you for understanding.
Sometimes after a session or buying some of my creations I will ask for feedback from you. What you have to say about your experiences helps me to continue giving my best possible service to you and our other clients, which is of utmost importance to me.
If you wanted to “withdraw” this testimonial just let me know and we’ll take it off all of marketing materials, with the exception of printed materials (such as brochures – we’d need to wait until the next printing run to do this).
If you have bought a painting from me it is always nice for me if you let me know that your painting has arrived safe and sound, along with how you like your new investment so please do this when you can either via PM or in the reviews section of my FB FanPage here.
delivery of artworks and jewellery
Liz aims to despatch orders of paintings, sculptures, jewellery items, photographs or cards on her posting day which is THURSDAY each week.
However, should you be ordering a photograph please allow a further 14 days as they are printed one by one in London; and if they are mounted this is done at the framers out of house. Liz will keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
Items are sent via Royal Mail as agreed upon purchase. For international shipping sometimes other carriers are used, this will be marked on the items description or you can contact Liz to discuss.
P&P costs added to the invoice are estimated so any overpayment for P&P will be reimbursed to you at the time of sending, and likewise any underpayment for postage will be billed to you after sending.
Collection can be organised if convenient for all parties by arrangement.

Liz does it this way because each item is slightly different in size and weight and this way that Liz can be more precise and keep your costs as low as possible for you.
Due to technical limitations the image viewed on the screen may differ slightly from the actual item purchased.
I want my customers to be 100% happy so I guarantee that I will accept returns if you contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item and you must then return it to me within 7 days of receipt date. I can do this because I am sure that it will not come to this because you will love what you receive.
If what you are buying is a gift for someone else and they want to return the item after these timescales then I will provide them with a store voucher for the original purchase amount which they can use in my store within 6 months; the date will be printed on the voucher to avoid any confusion.
If the goods are faulty or if your parcel has been damaged in transit and/or items are missing upon delivery please provide photographs then a claim for compensation with Royal Mail will be opened and only once it has fully processed and compensation has been received by me will I be able to replace items or issue a refund.
Should you require to return an item please contact Liz by email or telephone and she will give you the details of where to send it to.
If we agree upon a commission piece a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken up front to allow Liz to start the work. Work will not commence before this is received. The remainder is due upon delivery of the work or prior to this. On average commissions take up to 6 weeks to complete, dependant on her work load. She will give you a more accurate timescale at the time of booking. About half way through Liz will take a photo of the work and send you an .jpeg via email so that you can see how things are going. It is at this point that you are allowed to request one change should you wish it. You are commissioning Liz because you love her work and trust her creative decisions so please bare this in mind when placing your order.
Soul Rebalancing/Liz will not disclose any information to third parties unless permission is granted. All readings/intuitive soul work/soul rebalancing/animal communication/healing is kept confidential unless she feels that the client may be in danger of hurting themselves or another, and then in this case only she will contact the proper authorities.
The Soul Rebalancing Code Terms and Conditions are effective as of October 22nd 2005.
